MARSHALL COUNTY, W.Va. — Approximately 1,200 gallons of oil-based gas well mud spilled Saturday evening following a truck accident in Marshall County.
Authorities said the crash occurred around 7:30 p.m. near the intersection of Fork Ridge Road and U.S. Route 250.
Paramedics transported the truck driver to a local hospital for treatment.
Officials have not released additional details regarding the cause of the accident or cleanup efforts.
