TORONTO, Ohio – The Toronto Police Department said in a press release that they executed multiple search warrants in the city Monday evening in connection with a rash of recent vehicle break-ins. Two firearms and personal property were reportedly stolen in this spree.
Officers recovered one firearm and evidence Monday and recovered the other firearm earlier.
Police took one juvenile into custody and issued arrest warrants for several other suspects. Police are not releasing the subjects’ names since they are juveniles.
Toronto Police said there is no evidence of home break-ins but they emphasized the importance of residents reporting criminal and suspicious activity.
