BELMONT COUNTY, Ohio – The Belmont County Commissioners announced that their meeting times on Wednesdays will change from a start time of 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. each Wednesday.
The meetings will be held at the Belmont County Courthouse at 101 W. Main St. in St. Clairsville.
The new meeting time starts Wednesday, Jan. 15.
