PITTSBURGH – An American Airlines flight was diverted to Pittsburgh International Airport on Monday due to a possible mechanical issue with the plane, according to WPXI.
The flight originated in Indianapolis and was headed to LaGuardia Airport, New York City when it was diverted.
American Airlines said the plane had a safe landing in Pittsburgh and taxied to the gate under its own power.
