JEFFERSON COUNTY, Ohio – Crashing communications means Jefferson County Commissioners have to consider replacing and upgrading the phone system for county officers.
Auditor E.J. Conn, who chairs the county’s data processing board, told the commission at its most recent meeting the board has examined the issue for the past year and hopes to have bid specifications this week.
