MARTINS FERRY, Ohio – Joe Pastore, the former Director of Transportation Services at the defunct East Ohio Regional Hospital and also for Belmont County Hospital Ambulance, penned a scathing open letter to EORH management.
In his letter which he posted to social media, Pastore blasts EORH executives for their handling of the institution’s financial problems. Pastore criticizes executives for
remaining silent during the crisis.
Pastore wrote, “This isn’t leadership, this is cowardice.”
As of Monday afternoon, the official EORH Facebook page remained up with hospital hours listed as “Always Open.”
