“No payment was received from Access Martins Ferry (EORH). I referred this to counsel for a title exam.”
East Ohio Regional Hospital (EORH) owes approximately $1.2 million in delinquent property taxes to Belmont County. To address this debt, EORH entered into a repayment agreement with the county on March 3, committing to monthly payments of $33,732.14 over a three-year period .
The first installment was paid on March 3, 2025, using funds from the City of Martins Ferry, sourced from income tax revenues collected from hospital employees.
