BELMONT COUNTY, Ohio – Belmont County Engineer Terry Lively says motorists should expect delays on Crescent Road/County Road 5 beginning Monday, May 5.
His department will be repairing damaged guardrail ahead of the upcoming paving project.
The work will take place from May 5 through May 13.
Traffic delays are likely and motorists should consider alternative routes.
