WHEELING, W.Va. – The West Virginia Division of Highways advises that a portion of County Route 3 (Cherry Hill Road) in Wheeling will be restricted to one lane from milepost 0.71 to milepost 4.30 from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. beginning Monday, May 12 through Wednesday, May 21 for road repairs.
Traffic will be maintained by flaggers. Motorists are advised to slow down and expect delays.
Inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances could change the project schedule.
