WEIRTON, W.Va. — One year after a hidden surveillance camera was allegedly discovered inside a water bottle in the employee restroom of a Weirton, West Virginia dental office, 15 former employees of Crow Dental Associates have filed individual civil lawsuits against the practice’s owner, Dr. Jeremy M. Crow.

The lawsuits, filed on May 13, 2025, represent 15 women who were employed by Dr. Crow at the time of the alleged incident on May 15, 2024. The discovery of the concealed camera led to a criminal investigation and 39 counts of invasion of privacy, which are currently pending in Brooke County Magistrate Court.

There are also allegations of sexual harassment.

Attorney Alex Risovich is representing the women.
