STEUBENVILLE, Ohio – Steubenville’s City Council at its Tuesday night meeting voted to allocate an additional $2,800 dollars to the city’s budget for Juneteenth celebrations.
The city had budgeted $10,000 dollars already but had not spent all of last year’s holiday
budget. Council voted to spend $2,800-hundred dollars of the unspent funds for this year’s
festivities.
