BELLAIRE, Ohio – The Village of Bellaire will soon outsource municipal income tax administration to the Regional Income Tax Agency, or RITA.
The move comes as Village Income Tax Administrator Janice Sable retires after over 50 years of public service.
RITA takes over income tax administration for Bellaire effective July 1.
