BELMONT COUNTY, Ohio – The Belmont County Engineer’s Office announced that the bridge that leads into Kagg Hill will be closed from July 9 through August 6. This a full closure and no traffic will be maintained. The bridge will be completely replaced.
The engineer also says that McGreggor Hill Bridge reopened Tuesday.
