ST. CLAIRSVILLE, Ohio – St. Clairsville Service Director Scott Harvey updated St. Clairsville City Council Monday evening on a pair of repaving projects.
Harvey hopes to award a bid for repaving Reservoir Road next week for work starting in September and to start repaving Spring Park at the end of July.
