BELMONT COUNTY, Ohio – Belmont County Common Pleas Court Judge Chris Berhalter set March 2, 2026 as the trial date in a double murder case.
Andrew Isaac Griffin, 33, stands accused of the murders of Tom and Angela Strussion. If convicted, Griffin could face the death penalty.
Belmont County Sheriff’s Office detectives arrested Griffin in Hawaii earlier this year then he was extradited to back to Ohio in March. He remains incarcerated in the Belmont County Jail.
