WHEELING, W.Va. – A familiar face in West Virginia’s business community is preparing for a new challenge, announcing plans to bring his “quiet leadership” approach from the boardroom to the statehouse.
The former president and CEO of Eagle Manufacturing says his campaign will focus on economic revitalization, quality education and workforce development, and health care that works for every West Virginian. While he describes himself as calm and solutions-oriented, he believes the state’s legislative body is at a crossroads — with upcoming decisions likely to have long-term impacts across the Mountain State.
Introduced by State Sen. Ryan Weld, who praised his record of leading “for the right reasons,” the candidate says his goal is to create opportunities that will keep West Virginians living, working, and raising families in the state.
