OHIO COUNTY, W.Va. – The West Virginia Division of Highways released the following traffic advisory for I-470:
A portion of Interstate 470 westbound will have the right lane closed from milepost 1.0 to milepost 0.40 from 6 p.m. to 6 a.m. beginning Monday, August 11, 2025 through Thursday, August 14, 2025 for bridge maintenance.
Work is being done at night to minimize the impact on the traveling public. Traffic directors and message boards will be used to direct traffic. Motorists are advised to slow down and follow signs.
Inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances could change the project schedule.
