TORONTO, Ohio – Another Ohio Valley town will have a Designated Outdoor Refreshment Area for alcoholic beverages.
On Monday evening, Toronto City Council gave its approval for a DORA. Toronto’s Mayor still has to sign the law for it to go into effect.
