MONROE COUNTY, Ohio — A Monroe County man is behind bars following a Grand Jury indictment on multiple sex-related charges.
On August 11, 2025, Monroe County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Brian Miller, 36, of Calais, after he was indicted on four counts of rape, three counts of gross sexual imposition, and one additional count of gross sexual imposition involving a victim under the age of 13.
Miller was taken into custody without incident and is being held at the Monroe County Jail.
Sheriff Derek Norman confirmed the arrest but did not release further details, citing the ongoing investigation.
