JEFFERSON COUNTY, Ohio – The village of Bergholz seeks to establish a new branch of the Public Library of Steubenville and Jefferson County in town to revitalize the community.

The village will contribute $600,000 dollars to the project with another million dollars coming from the Bergholz Community Foundation.

Plans call for the new library to serve not only as a permanent place to access information but also as the center for new development in Bergholz.
