BELLAIRE, Ohio – Bellaire Public Library will celebrate the opening of a new Local History Center and Bellaire Room Archives with a public open house Friday between 1 to 4 p.m.
Partners will show off their historic preservation efforts in the Activity Room and offer
snacks and light refreshments. Dignitaries will stage a ribbon-cutting at 1:30 p.m.
