MARTINS FERRY, Ohio – The Martins Ferry Fire Department is asking for the public’s help to determine what sparked a weekend fire on Columbus Avenue.
Firefighters responded quickly and were able to bring the blaze under control before it spread to nearby structures.
Officials have not yet said whether anyone was inside the building at the time or released details about what may have caused the fire. The investigation remains ongoing.
