Ohio County, W.Va. – A portion of County Route 15/1 (Boggs Hill Road) in Wheeling will be restricted to one lane from milepost 3.36 to milepost 4.02, from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., beginning Friday, October 24, 2025, through Monday, October 27, 2025, for road repair, according to the West Virginia Division of Highways.
Traffic will be maintained by flaggers. Motorists are advised to slow down and expect delays.
Inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances could change the project schedule.
