Ohio County, W.Va. – A portion of Interstate 470 eastbound and westbound will have 24-hour left lane closures from West Virginia milepost 1.5 to Ohio milepost 6.0, according to the West Virginia Division of Highways. Additionally, the Exit 2 westbound on-ramp from Bethlehem will be closed 24 hours a day.
The closures begin at 6:00 a.m. on Wednesday, October 29, 2025, and continue through 6:00 a.m. on Wednesday, November 12, 2025, for bridge maintenance.
Traffic directors and message boards will be used to guide drivers. Motorists are advised to use the detour to Exit 5, slow down, and follow posted signs.
