ST. CLAIRSVILLE, Ohio – The Ohio Valley Mall is celebrating the fall season with a Halloween costume contest and fall festival Saturday, October 25.
You’re invited to come in costume to Ohio Valley Mall’s Center Court from noon to 2:30 p.m. on Saturday for a spooky costume party!
Visit informational booths, play games, enjoy activities, face painting, and balloon art, and then participate in a Kindness Walk at 2 p.m. This event is free and for children 12 and under.
