WETZEL COUNTY, W.Va. – The Wetzel County Sheriff’s Office seeks help from the public to identify a hit-and-run driver who hit a school bus carrying children.
That accident happened Thursday along Route 20 in Smithfield with the driver fleeing before deputies arrived.
