Ohio County, W.Va. – A portion of Interstate 470 eastbound and westbound will have 24-hour left lane closures from West Virginia milepost 1.5 to Ohio milepost 6.0 on Wednesday, October 29, 2025, according to the West Virginia Division of Highways.
In addition, the Exit 2 westbound on-ramp from Bethlehem will have a 24-hour closure beginning at 6:00 a.m. on Wednesday, October 29, 2025, through 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday, November 12, 2025, for bridge maintenance.
Traffic directors and message boards will be used to direct traffic. Motorists will be detoured to Exit 5 and are advised to slow down and follow posted signs.
Inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances could change the project schedule.
