MARSHALL COUNTY, W.Va. – The Marshall County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help in locating a stolen pickup truck belonging to the chief of the Washington Lands Volunteer Fire Department.
Authorities say the black 2020–2021 Ram pickup truck was stolen while Fire Chief Chad Watkins was responding to an emergency call at the Washington Lands United Methodist Church.
The truck is described as having a large brush guard, a memorial sticker on the back window, and a volunteer firefighter license plate. It was last seen traveling toward New Martinsville.
Anyone who spots the vehicle or has information about its whereabouts is urged to contact the Marshall County Sheriff’s Office immediately.
