BELMONT COUNTY, Ohio – Colerain Township will be starting a resurfacing job November 6, weather permitting, according to Jeff Wodarcyk, Road Foreman for Colerain Township.
Both Hells Kitchen Road and Hardesty Street will be open to local traffic only.
