EAST LIVERPOOL, Ohio – East Liverpool authorities are asking for the public’s help after a severely neglected dog was abandoned on Ravine Street Sunday afternoon—possibly thrown from a moving vehicle, according to initial reports.
The dog, described as starved and in poor condition, was found shortly after 5 p.m. Anyone with information about who may have abandoned or mistreated the animal is urged to contact the East Liverpool Police Department at 330-385-1234, ext. 1.
Investigators are currently reviewing camera footage from the Bradshaw and Ravine Street area between 5:00 and 5:30 p.m. and are asking residents with home security systems to check their recordings for anything that may help identify the suspect or vehicle.
