OHIO COUNTY, W.Va. — A portion of WV 2 in the Wheeling/Warwood area will be restricted to one lane beginning Monday, January 12, 2026, for aerial line installation work.
The lane restriction will affect WV 2 between 115 Warwood Avenue and 2807 Warwood Avenue. Work will take place from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and is scheduled to continue through Friday, February 6, 2026.
Traffic will be maintained by flaggers. Motorists are advised to slow down and expect delays while traveling through the area.
Officials say the project schedule may change due to inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances.
