BELMONT COUNTY, Ohio — Ohio Department of Transportation officials say the current work schedule on the Blaine Hill Bridge calls for the contractor to begin concrete work next month.
ODOT officials note that not all lanes on the newly renovated bridge will open at the same time. However, the agency says some lanes will be opened as soon as possible to meet traffic needs.
