STEUBENVILLE, Ohio — Steubenville City Manager James Mavromatis responded to concerns about snow removal during Tuesday evening’s city council meeting.
Council members Heather Hoover and Royal Mayo said they had received calls from residents questioning why snow remained on some streets weeks after a major snowstorm.
Mavromatis said he personally drives city streets to monitor conditions and noted that snowplows operate on designated routes that crews routinely revisit to clear remaining snow.
