MARTINS FERRY, Ohio — Local police have released details of a drug trafficking investigation in Martins Ferry.
Officers searched a residence at 512 Clinton Street on Sunday and found methamphetamine, used needles, and other drug-related items. Three individuals — Mark Kinkus, Michael Kurtley, and Reed Morrow — were taken into custody and now face drug-related charges.
