Marshall County Water Service Expected to Resume Wednesday Evening

MARSHALL COUNTY, W.Va. — Water service could be restored by Wednesday evening for customers affected by a valve blowout on Middle Grave Creek that occurred Monday.

Marshall County PSD No. 4 Manager Fred Reynolds said the valve has been repaired and crews have begun refilling the Middle Grave Creek and Fork Ridge tanks.

Once the tanks are filled, the PSD team will activate the Knoxville pump house to push water to the Fork Ridge tank and continue the restoration process.

Reynolds said officials are working to restore service to all affected customers by Wednesday evening.
