MOUNDSVILLE, W.Va. — Residents and businesses in Moundsville will see a rise in storm water fees, officials announced.
The increase is expected to generate an additional $200,000 per year to help the city comply with federal mandates on storm water runoff.
City leaders said the fee adjustment is necessary to meet environmental regulations and maintain proper storm water management infrastructure.
