YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio – Rainbow House of the Mahoning Valley, Ohio’s First LGBTQ+ homeless shelter, opens today in Youngstown.
Full Spectrum Community Outreach will host a grand opening and ribbon-cutting ceremony for the shelter today and say it will create a safe, affirming space for the homeless LGBTQ+ population.
