STEUBENVILLE, Ohio — Traffic patterns in downtown Steubenville could eventually change, but not immediately.
Regional transportation planners say they plan to hold public meetings within the next four to six weeks to gather community input on potential options for replacing the Market Street Bridge.
Officials say the possibilities range from relocating the bridge to one of four possible locations to not constructing a replacement at all.
The upcoming meetings will allow residents and local stakeholders to share their thoughts before any decisions are made regarding the future of the bridge and how traffic may be affected in the downtown area.
