ST. CLAIRSVILLE, Ohio — The Ohio Valley Mall will host the third annual Belmont County Celebration of the Arts from March 26 through March 29.
The event will showcase the Belmont County Schools High School Art Show along with a Visual and Performing Arts Showcase.
Organizers say the celebration begins Thursday and continues through Sunday, highlighting student talent from across the county.
