BELMONT COUNTY, Ohio — The Bel-O-Mar Regional Council is inviting public input on its draft Belmont County Coordinated Transit Plan for Human Services.
The plan focuses on improving transportation services for older adults, individuals with disabilities, and low-income residents across Belmont County. Officials say community feedback will play a key role in shaping the final version.
Public comments will be accepted through April 14, 2026, at 5 p.m.
Residents can review the draft plan on the Bel–O-Mar website.

Comments may also be submitted by mail or in person to Ethan Combs, transportation planner, at the Bel-O-Mar Regional Council office, 105 Bridge Street Plaza in Wheeling.
