BELMONT COUNTY, Ohio – A 2010 Cadillac was heavily damaged in a two-vehicle accident on Crescent Road outside St. Clairsville Sunday morning, on Easter, according to the Ohio State Highway Patrol.
The incident happened at the intersection of Crescent Road and Barton-Crescent road when a 2008 Ford Taurus driven by Victor Marshall struck a 2010 Cadillac.
Marshall was cited for failure to yield at a stop sign.
No one was injured.
