WHEELING, W.Va. — Workers from Raze International have mobilized at the site of the former Clay School, marking the start of demolition efforts.
Wheeling City Manager Bob Herron said the project is expected to ramp up within days as crews shift into full-scale demolition.
The work is anticipated to be completed before September 1.
