WHEELING, W.Va. — Wheeling Miners fans will have an opportunity to kick off game day festivities before Saturday’s matchup with a special pregame event at WesBanco Arena.
The “Party on the Porch” celebration will take place ahead of kickoff, giving fans a chance to gather, enjoy live entertainment, and show their support for the Miners before the team takes the field.
Organizers say the event will feature live music, game-day activities, and a special beverage promotion for attendees. Fans will also have the opportunity to connect with fellow supporters and help build excitement leading up to the evening’s game.
The pregame event is scheduled from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. on the arena’s outdoor porch area. A special Wheeling Miners-themed ale will be available during a limited-time promotion before arena doors open.
Saturday’s festivities coincide with Coal Miner Appreciation Night as the Wheeling Miners host the Maryland War Eagles.
Team supporters are encouraged to wear Miners colors, bring friends and family, and arrive early to take part in the celebration before heading inside for kickoff.
