WHEELING, W.Va. — Motorists traveling through the Elm Grove area are being advised of a temporary closure affecting access to Interstate 70 West.
The westbound entrance ramp from the Elm Grove area is closed beginning at 8 a.m. for drainage work and roadway maintenance.
The closure affects drivers attempting to enter I-70 West near the Route 40 interchange, an area frequently used by motorists traveling through Elm Grove and the surrounding Wheeling communities.
