SHADYSIDE, Ohio — A high school girls basketball sectional game at Shadyside High School was briefly interrupted after attendees reported a strange odor and traces of smoke inside the building.
Fire crews responded to the scene and determined that an overheated compressor was the source of the smoke and smell.
Service personnel addressed the issue, and the game resumed without further incident.
