WHEELING, W.Va. – Cat lovers packed Wheeling City Council chambers Tuesday night for a public hearing on a proposal to prohibit feeding stray or feral cats.
The Wheeling-Ohio County Health Department told council this represented a health concern.
Council ultimately decided to look at other options… placing an
ordinance on hold.
