BELMONT COUNTY, Ohio – Belmont County Treasurer Kathy Kelich says 360 Healthcare will have to pay back property taxes on the East Ohio Regional Hospital campus.
The firm announced it planned to purchase the site earlier this week.
Kelich says the property has been in foreclosure since May 14 and will remain so until back taxes of $1.6 million dollars are paid.
