HARRISON COUNTY, Ohio – Starting July 28, State Route 331 will close south of Piedmont for a culvert replacement project performed by ODOT crews.
Traffic will be detoured via U.S. Route 22 east to SR 519 south, SR 519 south to SR 9 south, SR 9 south to SR 149 south, SR 149 south back to SR 331, and reverse, and reverse.
