BELLAIRE, Ohio – The entire village of Bellaire suffered Wednesday when a main water line break cut service.
A break at 31st and Hamilton Streets required crews to work in blistering heat
to cut out a six-inch section of line to fix it.
Residents will have to boil water for the 48-hour period after restoration of service.
