TRIADELPHIA, W.Va. – Shults Ford Wheeling and the Wheeling YMCA teamed up once again for Bazzy’s Back-to-School Bash, drawing in locals eager to help area students start the school year prepared.
Guests dropped off new or gently used backpacks while enjoying free sweet treats, drinks, and other refreshments as a thank-you for their generosity.

Richard Bazzy, owner of Shults Ford Wheeling, said the event is about more than collecting supplies — it’s about closing a critical gap for kids in the Ohio Valley

Wheeling YMCA’s Shelley Dewyer said the partnership has a lasting impact.
“It feels amazing to give back to the kids in the area. We’re grateful to have Shults Ford be the vessel for these donations.”
The donated backpacks will be distributed by the Wheeling YMCA on Saturday, Aug. 16, helping ensure students walk into the first day of school with what they need.
